Wanted Agency Channel Sales Manager - Health Vertical for a Leading Insurance Company

Role & responsibilities

  • Recruit qualified and high-potential insurance advisors/agents from the market.
  • Conduct interviews, onboarding, and licensing support for new advisors.
  • Ensure early activation of newly recruited agents within defined timelines.
  • Drive sales of health insurance products to meet or exceed targets.
  • Monitor agent productivity and provide necessary support to improve performance.
  • Track daily sales activities and maintain MIS/reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and lead a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Understanding of health insurance products and regulatory norms.
