This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring the implementation of sales strategies. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports.
