Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of residential real estate projects across Bangalore.Generate new leads through networking, channel partners, digital platforms, and events.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers.Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and maintain accurate reports in CRM.Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and lead generation.Stay updated with competitor projects, pricing trends, and market dynamics.Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and RERA guidelines.Provide periodic sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Requirements:Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.5-8 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial projects).Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.Good knowledge of Bangalore real estate market and customer segments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team.Flexibility to work on weekends, with weekly offs on weekdays.
