Job Summary:

Sales Manager DSA Channel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, empanel, and manage DSAs to expand the personal loan business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new DSAs.
  • Drive sales targets by supporting DSAs in lead generation, customer acquisition, and loan conversion.
  • Monitor DSA performance and provide regular training, guidance, and motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and KYC norms.
  • Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and disbursement teams for smooth processing.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide inputs for business growth.
  • Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • 3–6 years of experience in personal loan sales, preferably in DSA channel.
  • Strong knowledge of loan products, credit policies, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage multiple DSAs.
