Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in different parts of India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and handling customer inquiries. Additionally, the role involves providing after-sales support, training new sales team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Freight/NVOCC Sales and Sales Management
  • Good Negotiation skills -Ability to negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to get the best deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Ability to provide Training and support to sales team members
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
