Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Gold Loan located in the Greater Vadodara Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving growth in the gold loan segment. Day-to-day tasks include developing strategies to increase gold loan sales, managing a sales team, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role also involves conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and managing risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
• Proficiency in handling Gold Loan products and services
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct Market Analysis and Risk Assessments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
