Sales Manager - Gold Loan

Job Description: As a Sales Manager-Gold Loan in the Rural Banking department, your role involves developing and nurturing relationships with Rural Banking accounts while delivering top-notch service to customers. Your primary focus will be on expanding the liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generation and account opening tailored to customer needs. Your key responsibilities include: - Building and growing the Gold loan Asset book to ensure both scale and quality within the branch. - Upholding excellent portfolio quality across all buckets. - Driving Gold loan canvassers to achieve a productivity target of Rs 10 Lakhs. - Identifying and engaging Gold loan Canvassers, along with executing marketing activities across branch catchments. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BCA, BE, BTech, or any other relevant field. - Possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.,
