Sales Manager

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through various marketing initiatives.
Drive the assigned channel partners to achieve sales targets.
Ensure smooth registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal for channel partners.
Increase revenues from performing categories and motivate non-performing partners.
Develop a healthy investor database through channel partners.
Provide regular product and price updates to channel partners.
Identify potential markets for direct clients across India and abroad.
Define strategies for the sale of all properties.
Handle direct enquiries resulting from advertising and hoardings.
Deliver sales presentations to key decision makers, effectively selling the capabilities and service offerings of the property.
Handle prospective clients, corporate houses, and MNCs; negotiate and finalize sales transactions with interested clientele.
Manage extensive client relations, liaise deals between the organization and clients, cultivate networks to ensure consistent business leads and repeat business.
Stay constantly updated with the real estate market and gather market intelligence.
Achieve targets set by the organization.
