Key Responsibilities

Drive sales through various marketing initiatives.
Drive the channel partners assigned to achieve the sales target.
Ensure smooth registration, training, certification, and commission disbursal for channel partners.
Increase revenues from the performing category and motivate the nonperforming ones.
Develop a healthy investor database through channel partners.
Ensure regular product and price updates to channel partners.
Tap potential markets for direct clients across India and abroad.
Define strategies for the sale of all properties.
Handle direct enquiries from advertising and hoardings.
Make sales presentations to key decision makers, effectively selling the capabilities and service offerings of the property.
Handle prospective clients, corporate houses, and MNCs; negotiate and finalize sales transactions with interested clientele.
Manage extensive client relation exercises, liaise deals between the organization and clients, and cultivate networks to ensure consistent business leads and repeat business.
Stay constantly updated with the real estate market and gather market intelligence.
Achieve targets set by the organization.
