Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Forecast sales and prepare sales strategies for monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for growth.

  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and close sales deals.
  • Take systematic follow-up of leads and achieve maximum conversion ratio.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure excellent customer deal closures.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Analyze competitor products, pricing, and strategies to gain market advantage.

4. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Prepare regular sales reports and present performance insights to management.
  • Track KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer retention.

5. Collaboration with Other Departments

  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams for smooth execution of sales closures.
  • Provide feedback to operations teams to improve offerings based on customer feedback.

6. Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to finalize deals.
  • Ensure deals are profitable while maintaining customer satisfaction.

7. Post-Sales Support

  • Oversee after-sales service to strengthen client relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Address any escalations and ensure client satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
