Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Forecast sales and prepare sales strategies for monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for growth.

Identify potential clients, generate leads, and close sales deals.
Take systematic follow-up of leads and achieve maximum conversion ratio.
Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure excellent customer deal closures.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Analyze competitor products, pricing, and strategies to gain market advantage.

4. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

Prepare regular sales reports and present performance insights to management.
Track KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and customer retention.

5. Collaboration with Other Departments

Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams for smooth execution of sales closures.
Provide feedback to operations teams to improve offerings based on customer feedback.

6. Negotiation & Closing

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to finalize deals.
Ensure deals are profitable while maintaining customer satisfaction.

7. Post-Sales Support

Oversee after-sales service to strengthen client relationships and encourage repeat business.
Address any escalations and ensure client satisfaction with the delivered solutions.
