Role Summary: A Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for digital and print media. This includes marketing materials, social media creatives, website graphics, advertisements, packaging, and more. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and communicate ideas visually. Key Responsibilities: Design Development Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of platforms. Design brochures, banners, advertisements, social media posts, presentations, and other promotional materials. Brand Consistency Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and developers to deliver cohesive visual solutions. Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions. Project Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Adapt and revise designs based on feedback. Asset Preparation Prepare final artwork for print and digital use. Maintain and organize design files and assets. Trend Awareness Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Preferred Candidate Profile: Education & Experience Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 1 - 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design Technical Skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools is a plus. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense. Excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly. Portfolio A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design work across formats and platforms.
