Help employee for Sourcing/servicing POS Agents as per the agreed mix and policy. 2. Agency Channel/POS Development for the assigned location. 3. Coordinating with Operation team for pre licensing, training, and licensing. 4. Conduct induction training and coordinate with sales training team for product and ongoing training for the respective POS. 5. Maintaining the agreed mix of new and existing agents /POS. 6. Develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments.  Agency Channel /POS Management 1. Monitoring Agent performance on the common variables of segment way to the market -Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures. 2. Maintaining the high active percentage of POS. 3. Controlling AƩ ration of POS Agents. 4. Ensuring high productivity of team and POS and manage the right level of channel engagement with the POS.  Channel Servicing 1. Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all the departments for same Profitability 1. Work on various market dynamics and provide feedback for the improvement in the internal organisation to cope up with the same. 2. Management of loss ratios.  Compliance & Hygiene 1. To ensure compliance with the external bodies and other authorises. 2. Ensure internal compliance. 3. Manage cheque bounce recovery and business pendency. 4. Other responsibility as per the KPI and growth factors. Experience 1 - 7 Years Salary 3 Lac To 4 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
