Responsibilities

  • Manage the life insurance sales process through the partner bank branches.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with branch managers and bank staff to generate quality business.
  • Drive sales targets through regular engagement, joint field work, and training of bank staff.
  • Ensure effective lead management, customer conversion, and policy issuance.
  • Provide regular sales up dates to senior management and proactively address any challenges.
  • Monitor and improve persistency and quality of business.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.

Required Qualification

  • Minimum 1-6 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in the Bancassurance channel.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM will be an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and the banking ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
