Sales Manager – FMCG Products Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive sales operations for our hygiene and consumer products division. The ideal candidate will manage distributor networks and sales teams for General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT), focusing on retail expansion in the Delhi NCR region and beyond. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) sales channels. Build, train, and mentor a high-performing field sales team. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional and national sales targets. Monitor sales performance and generate accurate sales reports. Enhance market share and visibility for hygiene products, including: 1. Detergent Powder (Machine Laundry) 2. Detergent Cake 3. Liquid Soap / Handwash 4. Dish Wash 5. Floor Cleaner 6. Toilet Cleaner Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and finance) to optimize operations. Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications- Education- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (required) MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred) Experience- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in: Distributor appointment and management in retail trade Leading and developing sales teams Sales and merchandising of hygiene/FMCG products in GT or MT Key Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of retail sales operations in FMCG/hygiene categories Proven expertise in distributor/channel management Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Proficient in sales analytics, CRM, and ERP tools Customer-focused approach with strong relationship management abilities Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market Why Join Us- Leadership role with strategic impact Opportunity to grow a leading hygiene product brand Work closely with senior leadership Competitive salary and performance-linked incentives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,846.05 - ₹50,452.20 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
