Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include client relationship management, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, sales strategies, and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
  • Strong market research and analysis abilities
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and using CRM software
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
