Job Title : Sales Advisor – Interior Design (Telecalling) Location : Goregaon - Mumbai Type : Full-time Experience : 1–5 years (Telecalling/Sales Support preferred) (preferably in interior design, real estate, architecture, or related fields) Salary : up to 20K/month (Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and confident Sales Advisor (Telecaller) to connect with potential clients, explain our interior design services, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in building interest and trust in our brand. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads. Explain our interior design services clearly and confidently. Understand client requirements and record accurate details. Schedule appointments or site visits for the senior sales/design team. Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication. Maintain call logs, update CRM, and track lead status. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Maintain a polite, professional, and persuasive tone during calls. Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred. 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales. Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English + Hindi). Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented. Basic computer skills – MS Excel, CRM/lead tracking tools. Positive attitude and willingness to learn about interior design services. Nice to Have: Experience in real estate, interiors, home improvement, or related fields.
