As a Sales Manager at Fezinn Hotel, located in Fezinn Calicut Office, HiLITE Business Park, you will play a crucial role in leading the hotel sales operations. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. - Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships. - Managing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners. - Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve monthly goals. - Coordinating with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution. - Preparing regular reports on sales performance and market trends. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales. - Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
