Position: Sales Manager

Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Requisites:

• Any Graduate, BBA, MBA with marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of Corporate Sales experience.
• Strong experience in corporate engagement and client handling.
• Proven track record of successful sales experience in the industrial sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the industrial sector.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research and client networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Lead and manage a sales team, providing coaching and support to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
