Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction with Fama Luxury's products and services. Close collaboration with design and operational teams is essential to align solutions with client needs and company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
• Strong Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team effectively
• Knowledge of the premium home décor, furniture, or modular solutions industry
• Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and customer-centric selling techniques
• Analytical skills to track and achieve sales metrics and targets
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the luxury or design market is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi or other local languages is an advantage
