The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a sales team, achieving business targets, and implementing strategies to boost FD portfolio growth from economically strong and expanding customer bases. Key Responsibilities: Lead the FD sales initiative in the assigned territory by managing and guiding sales executives. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet monthly and quarterly FD targets. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the FD customer base. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to optimize performance. Monitor and report on sales performance, lead pipelines, and team productivity. Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings for high-value acquisitions. Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory guidelines. Provide regular updates and strategic reports to senior management. Required Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, banking, or NBFCs. Must have an educational background in Commerce, Finance, or related field . Proven ability to lead teams and achieve aggressive sales targets. Strong skills in reporting, analytics, and performance management. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
