Company Overview: Evergreen C and T India Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary of a Korea-based multinational company, specializing in advanced material technologies. As part of our growth strategy in India, we are expanding our footprint in the sealant impregnation segment. We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong technical and commercial exposure to sealant impregnation products and processes . Key Responsibilities: Drive business development and sales of sealant impregnation chemicals, equipment, and solutions . Identify and engage potential clients in automotive, engineering, casting, and manufacturing sectors. Generate new lead & Manage existing accounts and develop long-term business relationships. Market research and gather data about customers, competitors & market condition. Responsible for monitoring the timely recovery of outstanding amounts receivable as per the agreed payment terms Costing of impregnation plant, spare parts, in-house process charge etc. Prepare technical-commercial proposals, conduct product demos, and close sales deals. Work closely with the technical and production team to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and customer trends. Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote company products. Expedite resolution for quality issues and complaints of customers across India for maximize satisfaction. ISO Document preparation. Requirements: Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering preferred. Minimum 05 years of sales experience in sealant impregnation chemicals or systems. Strong technical knowledge of vacuum/pressure impregnation processes and sealant applications. Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and manage customer relationships. Willingness to travel extensively across India as required. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems. Preferred Background: Prior experience selling to OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, foundries, or component manufacturers . Exposure to Impregnation sealant or other national and international business cultures will be an added advantage.
