Company Overview: Evergreen C and T India Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary of a reputed Korea-based multinational company (MNC) , specializing in advanced manufacturing technologies. We are in the process of establishing a sealant impregnation production line at our India facility. To lead this initiative, we are looking for a qualified and experienced Production Engineer with prior experience in the sealant impregnation field . Key Responsibilities: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and operational setup of sealant impregnation machinery. Develop and implement optimized production processes for sealant impregnation. Coordinate with Korean technical teams, equipment suppliers, and internal departments. Select and validate raw materials, process parameters, and operating conditions. Develop SOP's and train production staff on proper machine operation and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and plant safety regulations. Continuously monitor production performance and implement process improvements. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and troubleshooting guides. Requirements: Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Chemical Engineering. 03 years of proven experience in sealant impregnation process setup and manufacturing. Hands-on knowledge of vacuum or pressure impregnation systems, sealants, and process optimization. Ability to work in a structured multinational environment with cross-functional coordination. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Familiarity with quality control systems and lean manufacturing practices. Preferred Background: Experience in automotive component manufacturing or similar industrial setups.
