Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through B2B sales, client acquisition, and lead generation.
Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions for IT services & consulting projects.
Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in B2B Sales or Client Relationship Management in an IT Services & Consulting firm.
Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets for revenue generation.
Strong understanding of CRM software applications (e.g., HubSpot) for lead management and pipeline tracking.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels; strong presentation skills are essential.
