Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through B2B sales, client acquisition, and lead generation.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions for IT services & consulting projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B Sales or Client Relationship Management in an IT Services & Consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly targets for revenue generation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software applications (e.g., HubSpot) for lead management and pipeline tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels; strong presentation skills are essential.
