Job Summary

Score Information Technology is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager Project Sales to drive business growth in ELV solutions including Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, and related technologies. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical understanding of ELV products and proven experience in project-based sales, handling large clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage project-based sales opportunities within the ELV domain (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, etc.).
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management.
Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, system integrators, and project managers.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to potential customers.
Coordinate with internal technical, design, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage end-to-end sales cycle lead generation, negotiation, closure, and handover.
Participate in project meetings, site visits, and client discussions for technical clarification.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer data in CRM.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of ELV Systems : Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PA System, Networking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proven track record in Project Sales (mandatory).
Ability to work with consultants, EPC contractors, and large enterprises.
Strong presentation & proposal-building capability.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Qualification

Bachelor s degree in Engineering or any related field (preferred).
Technical background with knowledge of ELV systems will be an added advantage.
