We specialize in high-performance, modular aluminium piping systems designed to maximize productivity and energy savings for a wide range of industrial clients. As we expand our footprint in the thriving industrial hub of Medchal and across Hyderabad, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:

     Identify and target potential clients in manufacturing plants, automotive units, pharmaceutical companies, food & beverage industries, and other sectors that utilize compressed air.
  • Client Meetings & Presentations:

     Conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their compressed air needs, and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Sales Cycle Management:

     Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and technical consultation to quotation, negotiation, and closing the deal.
  • Relationship Building:

     Develop and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including plant managers, maintenance heads, and project engineers.
  • Market Intelligence:

     Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and new application opportunities in the Medchal and wider Hyderabad region.
  • Collaboration:

     Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are executed smoothly.
  • Target Achievement:

     Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A candidate with 

    1 to 3 years of experience

     in field sales, preferably in selling industrial products (e.g., pneumatic components, engineering products, industrial pipes, HVAC systems).
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is a significant advantage.
  • Basic technical understanding of compressed air systems or industrial piping is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter with a strong drive and a proven ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Proficiency in local languages (Telugu, Hindi) and English.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for travel within the territory.
