Position Title : Sales Manager (Educational Books)

Designation: AM\/ Manager

Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven experienced Sales Manager specialized in selling Educational Books focused on (JEE and NEET) segment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in book sales management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of market trends in the competitive exam segment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve and exceed sales targets for our range of educational books, with a primary emphasis on JEE and NEET study materials.

2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach and penetration.

3. Travel extensively across different states to meet with distributors, retailers, and educational institutions, fostering strong, lasting relationships.

4. Identify and onboard new distributors in unrepresented territories while nurturing existing partnerships.

5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing timely feedback on demand for new book titles and revisions, particularly within the JEE and NEET categories.

6. Collaborate closely with the editorial and marketing teams to ensure our offerings align with market needs and to develop impactful promotional campaigns.

7. Prepare and present regular, comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and in-depth market analyses to senior management.

8. Participate in and lead our presence at educational fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.

Experience

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in book sales, with a significant portion in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in the educational publishing sector.

2. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and lead a sales team.

3. Willingness and comfort with extensive travel across various states.

4. Proven ability to build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with distributors and other key stakeholders.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Self-starter with strong organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.

Qualification:Bachelors degree in any discipline.
