Sales Manager E-Learning & Instructional Design

As a Sales Manager in the E-Learning & Instructional Design field based in Mumbai, you will have a significant impact by contributing to the creation of effective learning solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying learning gaps, performance challenges, and learner needs - Designing structured courses with clear learning objectives and impactful instructional strategies - Creating engaging learning content such as e-learning modules, videos, simulations, assessments, job aids, and presentations - Evaluating learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance outcomes To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - Strong knowledge of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, etc. - Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar - A creative mindset with attention to detail and a focus on learner engagement Additionally, the work model for this position involves 5 days working from the office in Mumbai.
