Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager in the Edtech sector, located in Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and managing a sales team. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market research, and producing sales reports. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.


Responsibilities: Experience from Domestic Edtech Sales

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, Assistant Managers and Deputy Managers
  • Own and drive the B2C revenue targets by ensuring consistent performance and lead conversion.
  • Analyze lead quality and collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Monitor daily sales performance metrics (calls, demos booked, conversions, revenue).
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce sales cycle time and increase conversion rates.
  • Implement and manage CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) and reporting systems.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team product knowledge and sales techniques.
