Sales Manager- Domestic Edtech

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager at Aimlay, a leading global educational and writing support service platform, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in the Edtech sector. Your primary focus will be on meeting sales targets, managing a sales team, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive revenue growth. This full-time on-site role is based in Delhi and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, train, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, Assistant Managers, and Deputy Managers. - Own and drive the B2C revenue targets by ensuring consistent performance and lead conversion. - Analyze lead quality and work closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation strategies. - Monitor daily sales performance metrics such as calls, demos booked, conversions, and revenue. - Develop and implement strategies to reduce sales cycle time and increase conversion rates. - Implement and manage CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) and reporting systems to streamline sales processes. - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in Domestic Edtech Sales. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Analytical mindset to assess sales performance and optimize strategies. - Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
