The Sales Manager will:Recruit, train & lead a battalion of ex-servicemen as field advisorsDesign and deploy sales strategies in the defence formationsBuild lasting relationships within Army, CRPF, CISF, BSF, SSB and other armed unitsConduct field drills (market activities), performance reviews, and daily briefingsMonitor targets and deliver reports like a true unit-in-commandEnsure area dominance with a mission to protect lives financiallyQualifications – What It Takes to Wear the Badge:Proven ability in sales, negotiation & persuasionExperience in building and executing high-impact sales missionsLeadership qualities – command, control & communicationStrong connect with defence or paramilitary networks is a big plusAbility to operate independently, in pressure zones, with confidenceBachelor's degree (Business/Marketing/Finance preferred)Prior experience in Life Insurance will be salutedLocation: Gaya, BiharChannel: Prahri Defence Channel – Pramerica Life InsuranceCTC: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA (Fixed) + Perks
