Key Responsibilities

  • Drive property sales and achieve monthly/annual targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities & manage client relationships.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to boost sales.
  • Prepare sales reports & track market trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or real estate.
  • Strong negotiation & client relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities.
  • Graduate degree preferred (Business/Marketing).
  • Real estate (land/plotting) experience is a plus.
