🔹 Position: Sales Manager (Cold Outreach)
🔹 Responsibilities:
— Initial communication with potential clients (we provide the lead base)
— Scheduling calls with the senior sales manager
— Maintaining reports in Notion
💰 Compensation:
— 2$/hour (hourly rate for time worked)
— +10% of the net profit from any deal you helped generate
📍 Format:
— Fully remote work
— Flexible schedule (you can work from 10:00 to 16:00 Kyiv time, 4–6 hours per day)
📚 Training:
— We provide scripts, instructions, and templates
— Support from a team lead — you can always ask questions
📈 Growth Opportunities:
— In 1–2 months: promotion to Senior SDR or Closing Manager
— Higher % from deals and access to larger clients
