Analysis regarding Distributor wise / Branch wise Monthly Sales Plan thereby represented the same to Regional Office regarding the plan.
Identifying key/ new dealer as well as development plan for the same.
Ensured timely communication of Head office scheme and Company Policies to all Distributors and dealers
Review on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis regarding the DSEs, and Dealer wise for relevant market control and supervision.
Focus on Channel Expansion and go to market. Assessment & Appointment of right Dealers & Distributors Network. Focused on market share, Addressability, reach and penetration of the product
