Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategies to achieve revenue goals, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, sales experience, and a proven ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular sales reports.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align goals.
Forecast sales trends and plan accordingly to meet business objectives.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (3–7 years) in sales or business development, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data-driven decision-making.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
