Job Description

Drive growth by promoting Danfoss HPP products and delivering tailored, value-driven proposals.
Build and nurture long-term partnerships with End Users, EPCs, Consultants, OEMs, and Channel Partners through meaningful engagement.
Explore opportunities with curiosity by developing, qualifying, and closing sales while managing the pipeline with high standards.
Share insights and expertise through product presentations, technical advisory, and market intelligence to support customer success.
Contribute to business growth by up-selling, cross-selling, and actively participating in sales meetings, demand planning, and industry events.

What Were Looking For

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering, with a passion for continuous learning.
Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in the water treatment industry, with exposure to High Pressure Pumps and Energy Recovery Devices as a plus.
Strong value-selling skills, relationship-building abilities, and proficiency in CRM tools to explore customer needs and deliver innovative solutions.
Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a matrix organization.
Willingness to travel up to 40% across India and occasionally abroad, embracing opportunities to learn from diverse markets.
