About the Role

Account Manager (Farming role)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with

  existing clients

  (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs).
• Identify opportunities for

  upsell and cross-sell

  within allocated accounts.
• Act as a

  trusted advisor

  for clients by understanding business needs and proposing relevant API and data-driven solutions.
• Ensure smooth client onboarding, integration, and delivery in coordination with internal teams.
• Drive account planning, quarterly reviews, and client satisfaction initiatives.
• Monitor client usage, revenue, and proactively address any gaps.
• Achieve

  renewal and growth targets

  from existing accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  10–15 years in Enterprise Account Management in BFSI / Credit Bureau / FinTech domain.
• Proven track record of

  upselling & growing accounts

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Credit Bureau APIs and data solutions

  .
• Excellent stakeholder management and client servicing skills.
• Strong analytical and consultative selling abilities.
• Candidates on
