The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team and developing strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and profit goals. This role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, products, and customer needs to drive business growth and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company sales targets and expand the customer base, specifically within the manufacturing sector.
Identify emerging markets, key market shifts, and new product opportunities while staying fully aware of new products and competition status.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
2. Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team quotas.
Manage the hiring, training, performance reviews, and ongoing professional development of the sales team.
Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against these goals, implementing corrective actions as needed.
3. Business Development & Client Relationships:
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities, particularly for manufactured products/equipment.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, partnering with clients to understand their evolving needs and effectively communicate how the company's manufacturing solutions address them.
Negotiate and close key deals.
Key Eligiblity Criteria :
* Ready to travel for effective client relationship
* Communication fluency in English & Hindi
* Minimum age qualification required 35yrs To 45yrs
* Minimum 3-5 yrs experience required
* Qualification minimum Graduation or Above mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
