The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with electrical and hardware stores, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and field visits. Build a pipeline of potential clients in the electrical and hardware store segment. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at electrical and hardware stores. Understand client needs and recommend suitable products to meet their requirements. Sales Execution: Present, promote, and sell CR Polymerss products to existing and prospective customers. Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales strategies and product offerings. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager. Customer Support: Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
