Job Description: As a Sales Manager-Cross Sell (Home Loan) in the Cross Sell department, your role involves acquiring home loan customers in the identified segment. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer. Providing regular feedback to Relationship Managers on opportunities and customer needs is crucial. It is essential to ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization, as well as strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations. Quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy is a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additional Details: The secondary responsibilities include recommending improvements to processes and policies across the supporting teams and business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer services. As a Sales Manager, you will have managerial and leadership responsibilities. You are expected to mentor and coach senior team members to instill the ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity. Creating an environment for the team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically is vital. Attracting and retaining best-in-class talent to meet the Bank's rapid growth targets is also part of your role.
