Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage our real estate sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, closing deals, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and a proven track record in sales management Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills. Monitor team performance and provide feedback. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Lead Management: Manage and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources. Convert qualified leads into successful sales. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management. Coordinate with marketing, legal, and operations teams for seamless deal closure. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. Key Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Deep understanding of the local real estate market Negotiation and closing skills Goal-oriented and target-driven CRM and MS Office proficiency Time management and organizational skills Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience in real estate sales Prior experience in a real estate consultancy or brokerage firm is an advantage
