As a Commission-Based Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and secure new clients for our consultancy business. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are confident in their sales abilities and motivated by commission-based earnings. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, digital marketing and online research. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs. Present our consultancy services to prospective clients and demonstrate their value. Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or business development is preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
