Company Description Codinggems.in is a global e-learning platform founded by Satyam Sharma, a seasoned coding educator with over 7 years of experience. We empower students aged 7 and up to learn coding through creativity and real-world projects. Our offerings include live online coding classes, project-based learning, and personalized courses in Game Development, App Development, Python Programming, JavaScript Essentials, and more. With a global community of young coders, we provide skill tracks for all levels and ensure smooth onboarding, course tracking, and support for parents and students. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships. Daily tasks will include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, providing feedback on market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Sales Strategy Development and Business Development skills Lead Generation and Customer Relationship Management skills Negotiation, Presentation, and Contract Management skills Experience in collaborating with Marketing teams for promotional activities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus Show more Show less
