Job Summary

As a Sales Manager at Emaar India, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, fostering customer loyalty, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your expertise in real estate sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to provide personalized solutions will contribute to the overall success of Emaar India's real estate projects.

Role & responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Drive sales of Emaar India's real estate projects by effectively promoting the value proposition, conducting property presentations, and facilitating site visits. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue goals.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and foster long-term relationships. Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions in consultation with legal and finance teams. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline management, and revenue projections.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional networks and generate leads. Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities and drive sales growth.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in real estate or sales will be advantageous.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in real estate sales, relationship management, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to influence decision-making and close deals.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours and travel as required.
