The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, identifying potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team, managing sales budgets, and providing regular sales reports to senior management.
