Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Counsellor located in Gurugram. The Sales Counsellor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our range of aesthetic and wellness treatments, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and assisting with sales processes. Daily tasks will include customer consultations, maintaining organized client records, and collaborating with the medical team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills
• Proven experience in Sales and a customer-focused approach
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in the aesthetics/wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
