Job Description

You will be responsible for achieving Retail B2C business targets month on month and generating revenue-generating leads. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing different sales activities, fixing appointments, and conducting counseling sessions on a daily basis, including follow-up sessions. It is essential to learn and upgrade your own product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed growing sales targets. Additionally, you will need to prepare and submit reports on a daily basis and possess extensive tele-calling and lead generation skills. As a candidate, you should possess basic knowledge of MS Office and Windows. You should be keen to learn and upgrade product knowledge regularly to enhance sales performance. An enthusiastic attitude is necessary to work relentlessly towards achieving and exceeding business targets. Thriving in a fast-paced start-up work environment, having good communication skills in English and the regional language, and being open to intra-city travel to schools, colleges, and universities are essential requirements. You must have a Go-Getter Attitude in terms of leads and revenue, along with excellent selling and negotiation skills. Please note that this is an individual contributor role and not a supervisor role. Ideally, you should have 1-2 years of B2C sales experience. Freshers need not apply, and previous experience in the educational industry is considered an added advantage. The qualification required for this role is any graduate or post-graduate degree. Applicants should be residing within the main Kolkata city. The job entails a 6-day working week from the office with one rotational off on any weekday, considering weekends as working days. The company offers top-class HR policies, including Foreign Trip/Health Insurance/Gratuity/TakeATrip/HND benefits. Working hours are scheduled between 10:30 AM and 7:30 PM.
