Job Description: Responsible for selling life insurance products directly to customers through company leads and self-sourcing. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization. Generate leads through cold calling, references, and walk-ins, and follow up for closures. Conduct need-based sales discussions to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and after-sales service. Maintain regular communication and ensure high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to enhance sales strategies. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation ability. Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving mindset. Good knowledge of Life Insurance products and regulatory compliance. Eligibility: Graduation mandatory (HSC candidates may be considered with relevant experience). Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI/Insurance).
