Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Company seeks an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth across the South region (Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala). You will develop regional sales

strategies, build and manage a high-performance sales team (3-5 direct reports), drive franchiseacquisitions and student enrollments, and establish company as the preferred international education partner.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Build, hire, train, and mentor regional sales team; conduct eld training and performance reviews
Develop strategic relationships with educational institutions and key partners; handle account management and escalations
Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and provide market insights to corporate leadership
Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners; support franchisee performance and capability building
Maintain CRM records, prepare sales forecasts, and ensure compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related eld (MBA preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years sales experience in education, edtech, international education, or B2B services
Minimum 2-3 years sales team leadership/management experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring new business
Experience selling to institutional buyers preferrence
