Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to drive business growth and expand our market reach in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with corporate clients and hotel chains. This position is based in Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and hotel chains.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach through effective sales planning.
Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives by leading negotiations and closing high-value deals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in FMCG, food, or water business.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including sales strategy development and execution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to build strong client relationships.

Strong leadership and management skills are needed to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
