Job Description

Sales Manager – Hotel Industry 3–5 years of field sales experience in the hotel or hospitality sector. Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Promote the hotel’s offerings to corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and group organizers. Manage and grow existing accounts to increase repeat business and referrals. Negotiate and close group bookings, corporate contracts, and event packages. Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and site inspections for potential clients. Maintain a strong pipeline and regularly report on sales activity, leads, and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to align sales initiatives with brand goals. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Background in B2B hotel sales Familiarity with revenue management, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
